Created for the A Town, A Forest, A Dungeon Cairn Game Jam! This 42 page adventure takes you to a forgotten town under the shadow of Big Rock Candy Mountain. Heavily inspired by the classic folk song and Appalachian history, this adventure asks what if that song wasn't just a fun sing-along, but in fact a cautionary tale of arcane decadence, rebellion, and glory of a forgotten time? 

This adventure is an ode to the horror genre, but is flexible enough to be played in any style.

There will be at least one update to this project with grammar and proofreading fixes and probably new artwork.

Update 1.1 is out! It has some grammar, proofreading fixes, and fixes some visual issues. The files are also higher quality!
