A location/dungeon generator for Mausritter inspired by The Addam’s Family, Charlotte’s Web, and The Vault of the Drow. A one-time “doll hospital,” the Box of Night is a neglected metal container surrounded by piles of discarded mannequins. A strange clan of mice, the Webthreaders, make their home in the mannequin piles and worship the black widow spider seers, the Midnight Sisters, who live in the depths of the box and the tunnels below it. The location occupies a single hex and can be placed into any region map. The Webthreaders and the Midnight Sisters are written to be allies, enemies, or simple local curiosity for players to discover and interact with.
