NYC 311 is a useful tool for reporting problems and getting them resolved. Unless, it's a parking violation... then it's good luck with that. I've taken my rage at the unwillingness of certain agencies to uphold basic public safety and made it into a fun activity for you and your friends to play while you're out drinking.
