Description

Greetings adventurers!

You are visiting the small town of Kyranth and have accepted a quest to help Alby, the old town Wizard, to find his missing gemstone! It’s a rare and powerful artifact and must not fall into the wrong hands. You will explore Kyranth, talk to locals, and discover 6 clues to find the culprit!

This is for the solo adventurer out there! It’s for 1-player, and playtime can range from 15-30 minutes. You need a 1d4, 1d6, 1d8, 1d10, and a pencil. Use the Character Sheet to track your Clues and Modifiers. It’s important to track all 6 clues to see how your quest progresses and ends. When you find 6, go to End of Game.

Note from Soloist Venture:

Hi, friends! Thank you SO much for supporting me in my journey of designing my first solo-rpg adventure!

I have been a solo-ttrpg/rpg player and board-gamer for about a year and it's been such a fun adventure. My collection is slowly growing, I'm experiencing various types of systems and mechanics, and one of my buddies encouraged me to try to design a little solo-rpg journaling game, and so here ya go! There are 2 versions of this game! Both are exactly the same, except that v.2 should be good for automatic duplex printers when you want to print this double-sided. The original version is more for when folks have to manually reinsert paper when printing double-sided, like manual duplex printers.

I am NOT a game designer whatsoever, so this is brand new to me and I'm just trying to learn. All the art is my own. I have used Pinterest and Google for inspiration. I am obviously not the best, but it's been fun doodling.

I wanted this little game to target the newbies out there who have never done a solo-rpg journaling game. Everyone has their own style of playing a solo-rpg, but I think a really good skill to learn is how to "put the pieces together." I hope the player can practice that when they conclude the adventure. If you have any questions and feedback (please give me feedback haha), please leave a comment and I will get back to you as soon as I can!

Enjoy and feel free to share how your adventure ends!
