From The Ashes is a collaborative world building game about the communities that form during moments of upheaval. Build a society and determine their future using a deck of cards as prompts and a blank page as a canvas. Inspired by games like Avery Alder's The Quiet Year and Everest Pipkin's The Ground Itself.

To play the game, all you will need are:
- 2-5 players
- A 52 card deck
- A surface to draw on (or virtual tabletop)
- Something to draw with
- 1-2 hours
- Safety tools such as the X-card and lines/veils
