• About: Play as golems who feel a spark of self and quest to learn what it means to be free, and if Duty can be balanced with Free Will. A Honey Heist Golem TTRPG.

It started with a small spark deep within your core. Or maybe it was a change in the sacred letters etched on your forehead, subtly altering the divine name. Whatever the cause, after centuries of following your ancient purpose, something deep within you has awakened. You are no longer a mindless automaton, but a sentient being full of curiosity.

You now grapple with two questions in particular: What does it mean to be free? Can the sense of duty be balanced with the fulfillment of free will?

Based on the mechanics from Honey Heist by Grant Howitt, play as golems in search of answers as they go questing. 

We welcome anyone of any religion, creed, or background to enjoy our game. And if it sparks curiosity about the culture that inspired it, maybe go on your own quest for answers with an open mind and open heart.

Created for the Folklore Jam 2024, we'll be adding roll tables for quests and maybe even world-building ideas as we're able. Screenshots and an Accessible version of the game will be included soon, too.
