Gratitude journaling, according to the research, is a proven way to boost happiness and optimism. However, in my experience, gratitude journaling is also BORING as HELL. When I was doing it regularly, I got really tired of writing the same things over and over. So I made this game as a way to randomize thinking about the things you are grateful for! All you need is a D10 (a ten-sided dice) and your journal to write in. With prompts inspired by Maslow's Hierarchy of Needs, you'll get some inspiration for new takes on gratitude.
For every person that donates a dollar or more, I'll add 1 community copy!
This is a hack of "Scrolls of Exorcism" by Angelique Drummond, and was put together using Beth & Angel's zine templates for Canva. Print and fold into a standard 8-page zine.
