The Partisan is an in-development playbook by Lawson Coleman for Beam Saber by Austin Ramsay, Focused on the relationship between a Pilot and Their own direct superior: The Handler. 

Partisans live and die on the battlefield for their handlers, who in return provide them with resources, information, and institutional power.  Many Partisans are prideful of their station, considering themselves proud servants of a greater cause that benefits them, while others resent the ways in which their conditions push them to the edge.
