You are a toy. Plain and simple. Your life has been long (thankfully) and the kid who you belong to has been good to you. Or maybe they haven’t. Life has been either very fun, busy, stressful, laid back, or even boring as your usefulness has waxed and waned, but the thing that gets your plastic through the remains of the day has to be your best friends. Your work buddies. The other toys in the box. 

life is good. as good as it can be with a great kid who treasures you and a group of friends to share the load with. or at least life is heinously boring.

that is, until life starts to get un-boring. did a furry hand just reach out from under the bed? was that a fluorescent striped tentacle coming from the closet? why is there a winged shadow in the corner and why does it have so many teeth?

your kid is in trouble. their parents aren’t listening. looks like there's only you and your friends-- the other toys in the bin-- to stop whatever’s squeaking, shrieking, and creaking in the night. from the smallest soldier toy to the largest stuffed teddy bear, you and you alone can save your kid!
